Celebrating the Gilroy Garlic Festival with this dish tonight
wife's dinner: lemon peppercorn turkey, Italian broccoli bake, and a medley of carrots and sweet beets coated with lemon juice - delicious
spicy dim sum: steam chinese broccoli, cover w/ mix of oyster sauce and sambal oelek
baked stuff shells w/ sauce, top w/ saute of bell, jalapeno, sweet pepper, red onion, & drizzle habanero olive oil - had 2, still full
angry green beans: boil/blanch beans, melt 1/4 tbs butter in fry pan w/ 2-4 ripped chile de arbol, then add beans, salt, pepper for ~5 min
roasted fingerling potatoes, olive oil, lavender salt, bake, then dip in jalapeno sauce = party in your mouth
tenderize small steak, 1/2 tbs habanero olive oil spread on each side, season salt, grill, and enjoy
grilled carne asada+near east spanish rice+black beans+505 southwestern green chile sauce+trader joe's jalapeno sauce = great dinner
try Buenatural Green Chile Chicken Stew...200 calories for the entire bowl and very filling...great work lunch...
rediscovered beets last night - followed technique in recipe & made w/o lemon, dijon, or mint - yum
