One of my favorite foods is apple crisp. Last week we got some rhubarb in our produce pack and we didn't know what to do with it. We looked on bigoven.com and found this recipe for apple rhubarb crisp. It is one of the best desserts I've had.
How do you cut the calories down on this recipe? You don't. Eat it as is. But eat less of it. Eat it hot and put a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream on top of it.
